Why we require your venue to be approved

At FIRST-HOLD, we only cater to professional event venues (not backyards and garages). We require that each venue submit their profile for approval to make sure we can keep our promise to professional event planners looking for professional venues.

If you run a professional event venue like an event hall, museum, winery, or wedding venue—don't worry, your approval will be complete within 24 hours.

We do not use the profile approval process to discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status. 

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

How to submit your profile for approval

After creating your full profile, (be sure to add each event space within your profile) you can find the Finish & Submit button on the top right side of your venue dashboard when you're logged in. You will be able to update and polish your profile after approval, but do create each venue space before clicking Finish & Submit.

You'll see a pop-up with this message below after hitting Finish & Submit letting you know you'll receive approval within 24 hours and have another chance to polish your profile.

Once your profile is approved by our admin team, you will receive an email notification. Approval will take less than 24 hours.

What do I do next? Great Question.

  1. Synce with Google Calendar, Mircosoft, Tripleseat or any other API based platform (which is most of them).
  2. Polish your profile & hit publish and make it LIVE
  3. Request your personal website plug-in for you and anyone in your Trusted Lead Network
