What does it mean to "publish"?

It means your profile will be live on the FIRST-HOLD website for planners to find and inquire about your space.  You will also be able to request your FIRST-HOLD plug-ins for your website and your industry partners websites so you can build your personal Trusted Lead Network.

Do I need to sync my calendar before publishing?

Yes, you need to make sure your calendar is updated with all existing bookings.  Your FIRST-HOLD calendar will only show dates that are booked.  As you can see below, white means the date is available, grey means it's book.  Pretty straight forward.

Can I make edits after my profile is live?

Yes, you can edit your profile at any time.

How do I publish my profile?

It's easy, simply click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of each venue profile.  See red arrow below.

Once you've clicked the pencil icon, you will see a button in the upper right corner of your profile that says "publish".  Click that button and follow the prompts and..... voilà your profile is published.

Can I unpublish an event space?

Yes, if you need to unpublish an event space, you can go to that event space and click unpublish in the upper right corner of the main venue profile and that event space will no longer be available on FIRST-HOLD or through any of your Industry partner plug-ins.
