FIRST-HOLD helps planners check availablity at your venue, send an inquiry about their preferred date, and start a conversation with you (directly).

When a professional planner inquires about a date at your venue, you're sent their contact info in an email so that you can reach out to them and close the business your way.

One and done.

Can a planner also contact me directly?

Yes. The planner will also receive an email with your contact info so they can reach out to you with questions or to schedule a site inspection.

Accidently deleted the email with the planner's contact information? No problem. 

You can access the planners contact information through your dashboard, go to your holds & bookings screen by clicking on the indicator on the upper left side of your dashboard and then click the planners name.
